Requirements 

Who you are:

You are a mad networker and love building and maintaining great relationships. You are naturally inclined to hit up all of the local tech events, as a participant or even a speaker. You are always representing our brand, even if you’re just out for a weekend coffee with friends. Your customers and colleagues will all tell us that you’re a natural people person and a joy to work with. 

  • Solid Account Management/Customer Success Manager experience 
  • Highly motivated self starter that thrives on achieving results
  • SaaS knowledge would be a huge advantage for this role
  • You have extensive experience with independently managing multiple accounts.
  • You get to know your customers - you understand their numbers and their business drivers and how Mobi2Go can help them to succeed. 
  • You are a self starter, diligent, organised, navigate ambiguity, and prioritise going above and beyond in every interaction because it just makes sense to you.
  • Solid analytical skills - the ability to see opportunities through the effective use of data.
  • Strong presentation skills - the ability to deliver a compelling story to individuals and groups.
  • Experience with Hubspot CRM (or similar) system would be nice to have
  • You love a target, you land and expand, as well as retain your customer relationships with enviable results.
  • You ‘fill your cup’ through constant learning. You look for opportunities to grow your skills and continually develop. You look around corners with a healthy dose of pragmatism.
  • You hold the keys to the relationship with your customers but are supported by the global crew across Mobi2Go. “Teamwork makes the dreamwork” is a sentiment that you can comfortably embrace.
  • We communicate (written and verbal) internally and externally with teammates, customers and partners. You need to be able to foster good relationships through great communication, which may include simplifying tech speak for non tech peeps and Slacking like a champ.
