Board Appointments, on behalf of a well known tourism and food precinct organisation, is pleased to invite applications for a Non-Executive Director.

About the Organisation:

The organisation provides for the wholesale distribution of fruit, vegetables and flowers.

Their objectives are to:

• Provide a commercially viable wholesale facility for the efficient distribution of fresh produce
• Optimise returns on land and assets controlled and managed by the organisation
• Ensure a fair and competitive environment for the wholesale trading of produce.

Selection Criteria:

Expressions of interest are sought from suitably qualified individuals with skills and experience in finance, investment and/or business development. Applicants should possess strong management, strategic thinking and networking skills, with the capacity to lead and implement change in a challenging environment and build partnerships.

Remuneration: PAID

The Board generally meets once a month. Members are expected to attend a minimum of 75 per cent of meetings and make a significant contribution to the organisation.
