We’re looking for a Brand and Marketing Manager to join our ambitious, high performing team to lead the brand strategy and all customer communications.


About the opportunity


Join a successful customer and marketing business and drive further growth!


Reporting to the Managing Director, you’ll lead (and build!) a content marketing and design team, manage key supplier and agency partnerships and enjoy working collaboratively with your colleagues in customer, ecommerce and product supply.


You’ll take a customer-first, data-driven approach to developing and executing a brand and marketing strategy that drives customer acquisition, engagement and conversion.


You’ll have ownership of the annual marketing budget and calendar and oversee all marketing activity across website, paid search marketing, social media, eDM, video, press, collaborations and more.


Using your positive, results-driven and analytical approach, you’ll monitor marketing spend and report back to the business on ROI, ROAS and other key objectives and outcomes.


About you


You’re a hands-on, results-driven marketing professional with:

  • around 10 years’ experience
  • experience in ecommerce or online retail
  • tertiary qualifications in marketing, business or a related field
  • exceptional copywriting skills and keen eye for detail
  • strong understanding of performance marketing and key metrics
  • experience working with agencies towards a common brand goal
  • a positive, collaborative working style
  • excellent project management and organisational skills
  • ability to look after the complete customer brand experience including content consumption, product merchandising and ranging
  • ability to analyse and report data and develop actionable solutions
  • experience leading a small team
  • ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment and adapt well to change.
