The Company

Lotus People are delighted to be partnering with a thriving global fintech company to recruit a Customer Service Consultant. Join a growing financial services company with an incredible culture and collaborative team. Working in large offices in Northern Melbourne under very emotionally intelligent and supportive leadership. Their forward-thinking attitude and drive to succeed together shine through the business and how they treat their staff and people.

The Role

You will be responsible for customer and technical support to their impressive clients across the Pacific retail group. Your people skills and interest in technology and software will see you thrive in this position.

A Monday to Friday role located in Northern Melbourne. You will be working 7.6-hour days with varied shift hours between 6:00am – 8:00pm. Once you are an established consultant, you will have the freedom to work from home two days per week.

The Duties

  • Work in a team of consultants reporting to inspiring team leaders
  • Drive exceptional customer experience for external customers
  • Provide technical support for our Online Product
  • Provide an escalation point for Customer Advisors
  • Manage the database, input information, and record conversations

The Candidate

  • Strong customer service and support focus
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Positive ‘can-do’ attitude and team player
  • Technical experience or an interest in software and technology
  • Payments experience desirable
  • Advanced problem solving, triage and troubleshooting skills
