Customer Experience Officer
Ballarat Aquatic & Lifestyle Centre
Full Time and Part Time
Up to 38 hours per week
Band 3 - Salary between $57,268 to $61,287 per annum (pro rata for part time position), plus 9.5% superannuation
Ballarat Aquatic & Lifestyle Centre
We currently have exciting opportunities for customer focused individuals to join our Customer Experience team at Ballarat Aquatic and Lifestyle Centre. The Customer Experience Officer is responsible for cash handling, telephone operation, tours, program bookings, membership sales and membership inquiries. The Customer Experience Officer will possess excellent customer service skills, organisational and multi-tasking skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Selection Criteria
Demonstrated experience in the principles and practice of customer service
Demonstrated ability to display empathic listening skills and a high level of written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated experience working with people of culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
Demonstrated ability to acquire an in-depth knowledge of BALC services and procedures, and strong competence in the operation of Windows-based programs and other relevant systems.
Knowledge and understanding of health and safety issues relevant to work activities and work area.
The successful applicants must be able to work flexible hours across the following days and times:
Monday to Friday 5.30am to 9.00pm
Saturday: 5.30am to 6pm
Sunday: 7.30am to 6pm
