Full Job Description
Audio Visual / Video Conferencing Support Specialist - Information Technology Services

Bendigo Health is looking for an individual to perform a varied and challenging audio-visual support role. This position will provide support for audio-visual systems including teleconferencing, videoconferencing and associated administrative tasks. As such, a flexible attitude is essential, as is an ability to multi-task and communicate effectively with a broad range of staff.

Classification: HS3 - Administrative Grade 3
Salary: $2,863.40 per fortnight
Hours: 76 per fortnight
Status: Full-Time, permanent.

Innovation and Digital Services Division

The Division of Innovation and Digital Services is charged with using technology to help deliver on our vision. As well as responsibility for the mainstream ICT services and support the division encompasses Research and Development, Innovation, ePR project and associated resources including the Chief Clinical Information Officers.

The Division leverages ICT technologies and expertise to provide the technical foundations for innovation and transformation of our clinical service delivery. Critical to this is the successful implementation of an ePR in the acute setting and the development of innovative ways to use the data this will create. The Division is instrumental in building a strong culture of utilising health informatics and using data to drive innovation.

Information Technology Services Team

Information Technology Services is responsible for the maintenance and development of Bendigo Health’s local and wide area network, all personal computers and peripherals, support of all software from operating systems to the central patient management system. The team provides a full range of support activities including Service Desk support, hardware and software administration.

02.Have at least 2 years previous experience working within an AV / VC Support type role.

04.Ability to develop in-house training and undertake delivery of training to staff.

05.Excellent technical support knowledge and skills across a range of Audio-visual and Videoconferencing hardware and software.
