Group Management Reporting Manager

An environment of continuous growth and change, you will be joining a commercially driven organisation looking for someone who can think through complex information and produce business critical, consolidated group management reports. You will gain the benefits of an ASX listed structure combined with divisional challenges, allowing you to use both listed Group reporting and entrepreneurial skills. You will be able to contribute to the business, by using your technical, communication and project skills to improve efficiencies and give valuable commentary.

Your Opportunity

The role is to work with the Group Financial team AND the business units and own the forecasting, budgeting and monthly management reporting process.

Consolidations and preparing reporting packs will also form part of your role.

You will look at risks and opportunities and work with business units to provide commentary and work on forecasts.

One of the key stakeholder will be IT for the maintenance and development of the Reporting tool. The role will work hand in hand with IT to ensure the system is sound and required improvements are made.

This is a complex, multi company environment and you will use your ability to unpick complex data and report in a clear and business beneficial way.

An ability to handle various process improvement and systems projects, change management initiatives around budgeting, forecasting and providing commercial insights and adaptations to changing environments, will be key to success in this position.



Your Profile

Ideally CA qualified, and preferred Big 4 with commercial experience. ASX listed, from a large, complex environment and ideally FMCG or similar industry experience, is need for this high profile role. You will also have ERP systems, ideally SAP, advanced BI and reporting tool experience (Ideally TM1/Planning Analytics), and high level Excel skills.

You will be operating in a complex intercompany accounting structure and must have proven skills to think laterally and anticipate the outcomes of certain decisions and processes and share your insights.

Your stakeholder management and ability to work and communicate across functions and be resilient and positive in the drive for producing high quality reporting and analysis, will be second to none.

The ideal candidate will enjoy the detail of management reporting and budgeting and forecasting at a group consolidation level, and be challenged by working with divisional teams to gather data and improve processes and communication across the organisation.

Your Benefits

Joining a high energy and commercially vibrant team, you will be offered a permanent role with an organisation that values you and your contribution. The salary depends on experience and a guide is $160,000 - $165000 package plus bonus. The bonus would make the total offering around $180,000 all inclusive, for the right experience.

The location is great too and there is flexibility to work some days from home, if needed.
