- Human Resources Business Partner
- 3 month contract

This position serves as a business partner to provide accurate and timely advice, support, coaching and strategic input to people managers on all aspects of Human Resources policy and practice - fostering a culture of skilled, engaged individuals with a shared mindset focused on achieving company corporate goals.
The HR Business Partner will act as the Trusted Advisor to line managers to derive and implement effective people solutions that add value and support organisational effectiveness in alignment with cultural values.
The Role
- Provide timely advice, coaching and mentoring on all Human Resources policy interpretation and practice to assist people managers in meeting their business objectives
- Assist the business with planning, implementing and managing change management initiatives including behavioral and cultural change, engagement and retention strategies
- Provide assistance to the HR Specialists in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives
- Partner with line managers to implement talent management and succession planning programs as designed and developed by the HR specialists.
- Work with Recruitment Specialists to ensure organisation’s resourcing objectives are anticipated and obtained in a timely manner.
- Successfully resolve employee relations issues including performance management, workplace grievances and disputes, disciplinary processes and terminations etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, experience liaising with Senior Leadership and Business Leaders as well as interaction with all levels of the organisation
- Highly developed ER/IR skills and thorough knowledge of relevant legislation and an ability to interpret Agreements / Awards and other IR instruments.
- Business Partnering skills and the ability to translate the needs of the business into practical HR strategies and solutions
- Excellent computer literacy
- Involvement in or exposure to change management to influence cultural change
- A background in providing HR services to a geographically dispersed network will be highly regarded
- Knowledge of HRIS best practices
- Strong business / commercial acumen
- Minimum four/five years Generalist HR experience
