The Opportunity & Team
We have a fantastic opportunity to join, our Field Sales Team as the Territory Manager for Central Coast. Our Sales team are high achievers! When you work with us, we’ll give you an experience like no other. You will be working alongside some of the best and brightest, where you will service our customer base across Independent Grocery, Petrol & Convenience and Local Trade accounts.
Reporting to the Field Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Driving Business Sales Growth
- Driving increased distribution of Bega Dairy & Drinks products.
- Supporting the execution of the ‘Regional’ based Marketplace plan with initiatives to support achievement of the channel plan, Brand, Category & Customer plans.
- Executing sell in and activation of sales drive promotional activity.
- Actively contribute to the team achieving monthly sales objectives.
- Driving value with our customer investments in relation to sell in prices, refrigeration placements, CCPs, LAP meetings, and the planning and executing of activities.
- Looking for new business opportunities to drive distribution and value.
- Building and maintaining constructive relationships with all stakeholders for improved business outcomes.
- Liaising with distributors to ensure sales are maximised within both distributor and company held accounts.

Additionally, you will have:
- Technical sales knowledge – structured sales methodology (PSS, 8 steps of the call, & 6Ps), Competition & Consumer law, CRM systems (Seibel).
- Commercial knowledge - understanding market & industry dynamics, utilising volume, rate, and mix targets, pricing strategies.
- Distribution / Franchise Owner networks – deep understanding of the opportunities & challenges.
- Strong sales experience, and ability to achieve targets, executed priorities within a structured call, increased distribution.
- Demonstrated courage and resilience to have constructive and challenging conversations.
- Ability to build relationships with customers based on value creation.
