These include transition to school and supported playgroups.

Position Overview:
The Community Programs and IDFM Manager leads the Inclusion Development Fund Manager team (A component of the Inclusion Support Program) and all Community funded programs for Big Fat Smile. The position is responsible for providing day to day leadership to the teams, liaison with relevant funding bodies/partners, external agencies, reporting on and delivery of high-quality service meeting the work plans and organisation Business Plans.
Key Essential Criteria:
- Cleared Valid for paid work, working with Children's Check (WWCC)
- Valid Driver's Licence
- Proven experience leading a team and communicating effectively at all levels
- Substantial experience in education and care services, community programs or grant funded services
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and service expectations
- Demonstrated intermediate level of general administration experience, including Office 365
- Qualification in Leadership or Education and Care Services
