JOB DESCRIPTION

Our company is looking for an Office Assistant to be responsible for handling clerical tasks in our office. You will be looking after aspects of shipping & logistics, parts sales and invoicing.

Other duties may include

  • Organizing travel by booking flights accommodations as required.
  • Coordinating events as necessary.
  • Maintaining office supplies as needed
  • Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

  • Office Assistant l: 3 years (Preferred)

  • Certificate I - IV (Preferred)
