JOB DESCRIPTION
Our company is looking for an Office Assistant to be responsible for handling clerical tasks in our office. You will be looking after aspects of shipping & logistics, parts sales and invoicing.
Other duties may include
- Organizing travel by booking flights accommodations as required.
- Coordinating events as necessary.
- Maintaining office supplies as needed
- Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From $55,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift

Experience:
- Office Assistant l: 3 years (Preferred)
Education:
- Certificate I - IV (Preferred)
Administrative Duties:
- Scheduling
- Running errands
- Stocking supplies
- Answering and routing phone calls
