Financial Reporting Manager

How will I help?

As the Financial Reporting Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of Financial Accounting and Tax for BT Wrap and Panorama superannuation funds and managed investment schemes in the Tax & Accounting Services Adelaide team. Leading a team of four, you will oversee the timeliness, accuracy and completeness of all Financial Statements, APRA returns, Business Activity Statements and Tax Returns produced by the team. You will be accountable for all compliance requirements, including internal and external audit activities. You will also work on embedding legislative and product related changes into the team, with your strong technical skills ensuring your success in this role.

What do I need?

  • Proven extensive experience in the preparation or audit of financial statements and management of general ledgers for large entities
  • Industry experience either within an audit or business services environment, or the financial services industry
  • Strong fund accounting and tax technical knowledge
  • Strong understanding of risk and compliance
  • Experience in managing projects or programs of work in highly complex environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • CA / CPA Qualification and relevant tertiary qualifications
  • Previous leadership experience desirable
