Key responsibilities of this challenging and rewarding role include:-

  • Owning client's construction related queries from start to finish- Investigating, resolving and recording queries
  • Working closely with our Site Supervisors to organise timely attendance to reported construction matters
  • Responding to client queries within required time frames
  • Composing clear and concise client correspondence
  • The upkeep and entry of all client information and communication
  • Liaising with internal and external parties to ensure a high level of service
The person that we are seeking is a bright, energetic self starter with the ability to work under minimal supervision. You must have the ability to respond quickly and professionally to new and changing situations. You will also have a demonstrated skill in taking initiative, prioritising and multi-tasking in a fast-moving environment.

Along with being reliable, loyal and trustworthy, it is essential that you have the following attributes:-

Previous experience within the construction industry or a similar role in a corporate environment is preferable.
