Salary: $120-$140K + Super

What you will do

In this newly created position, your primary focus will be to increase business efficiency and streamline processes by introducing and optimising automation. You will be providing Technology Operational Business Support to multiple departments to create new processes and utilise existing Digital platforms. The role plays a central part in the business operations management of supporting Sales, Finance, Engineering, Consulting and Marketing using the power of their SaaS technology platform.

• Act as an escalation point for internal business units requirements
• Work with Business Support Team and Senior Management to manage daily requests from all internal business units and increase efficiency via software automation
• Identify opportunities to streamline and introduce processes for business efficiency and continuous improvement
• Ensure systems, processes and support documentation are always up to date
• Manage system change orders including QA and approval of all changes that may impact systems
• Develop and maintain expert level knowledge and skills in technical and professional areas
• Drive a standardised way of working and continuous improvement initiatives

• Min 5 years in a similar role within the IT/Tech industry and/or start up environments
• Proven track record of identifying and improving business efficiency through implementation of new systems, processes, and automation
• Strong Incident, Problem and Change management skills
• Exposure to Agile delivery practices
• Advanced skills to creatively problem solve, self-starter and entrepreneurial mindset
• Strong with Microsoft office suite, tech savvy and overall passion for the technology space
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous environment and embrace change
