This role is well suited to candidates currently in internal sales, retail or customer service roles within industrial markets (consumer electronics or related) with aspirations to progress into an external sales position long-term!

As a result of a consistent track record in year-on-year growth and expansion, an opportunity has become available for a driven and passionate candidate with previous experience in an internal sales/sales support capacity to fast-track their career with a global leader as part of the NSW team. 


Reporting to the department's Sales Manager, you will play a vital role in contributing to the team's continued success and growth by supporting external sales representatives through organisational and administrative tasks (sales support). 

On a daily basis you will:

  • Support key accounts (namely electrical contractors & switchboard builders) with order inquiries, urgent needs, delivery information & upcoming project requirements, etc. 
  • Prepare and follow up project quotations and tender submissions
  • Select spare parts/components as per client & project requirement e.g. cable size
  • Record, update and maintain data in CRM 
  • Liaise with relevant departments internally (warehousing, demand planning, stock control..) to ensure timely order fulfillment 

To be successful in this role you must:

  • Have previous experience in customer service/internal sales or retail (electrical wholesalers) 
  • Be a driven and enthusiastic team player who thrives in high-achieving and fast-paced environments
  • Have excellent organisation skills & attention to detail
  • A relationship-driven personality who places high value on their customer service, delivery, and reputation 
  • Are seeking ownership, empowerment, and recognition for your efforts + professional development & training
