Description
The primary responsibility of the Store Lead is to provide excellent customer service to our customers and to be knowledgeable in all product lines carried by Salon Services while assisting the District Manager is additional assigned duties in relation to running a store location. Store Leads are to support the District Manager with all tasks relevant to the store, including, but not limited to: maintaining and achieving sales goals, maintaining inventory accuracy by following procedures, assisting in all merchandising projects to maintain the freshness and appearance of the store, training of store assistants, creation and support of actions to achieve sales goals and store coverage while the District Manager fulfils their additional duties.
Position Overview
A Store Lead maintains the company's existing relationships with customers shopping in their location, so that they will continue using the company for business with a goal of 100% retention. Store Leads serve as the ambassador for all things Salon Services. They are to work a full-time schedule and have open availability during hours of operation. They are expected to be the most professional Beauty and Fashion Industry Expert in their area and promote themselves in a manner that customers shopping in their locations know who they are and who Salon Services is. The Store Lead is to create a GREAT customer experience and generate sales for the company as a result. The store lead is also responsible for cultivating a team atmosphere with the other employees. They will support in development of team and achievement of goal. Individuals on our team must be customer service-oriented, be a respectful team player, have a keen ability to troubleshoot in creative manners, be effective at conflict resolution and willing to learn.

Education And Requirements
- High School Diploma preferred
- Minimum of 6 months retail history preferred
- Passion for beauty and or Fashion
- Social Media acumen required
