We are looking for a well-presented, organised and hardworking Sales and Leasing Assistant to join our clients friendly and award-winning commercial real estate team.

You will be supporting our Sales and Leasing team of 4 commercial agents including the Managing Director, department Director and 2 Consultants alongside a second Assistant and Administrators.

Key Skills & Experience:
  • Quick learner with excellent organisational, time management and prioritisation skills.
  • Strong professional communicator (written and oral)
  • Committed to achieving to a high standard in all aspects of the role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel and Word.
  • Thrives in a busy and varied role, is proactive and open minded and takes on each new challenge with a positive attitude.
  • Certificate of Registration
  • Drivers Licence (company car provided)
Duties & Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
  • Administration duties pertaining to the sales & leasing process
  • Property inspections with prospective commercial tenants
  • Speaking with and negotiating lease terms with prospective tenants
  • Diary management
  • File management
  • Database maintenance
  • Corresponding with the Property Management department
  • Online property marketing management
