The Position

We are currently seeking several Casual Catering Assistant to join our team in Ballarat. You will need to be flexible with your availability as there may be some weekend shifts available.

The successful applicant will get to demonstrate the following:

Food preparation such as making salads and sandwiches
Coffee-making
Basic Cooking Skills
Cash handling experience
Cleaning duties in kitchen and service areas
Be able to work unsupervised

The Person

Previous Catering Assistant experience
Basic knife skills
Knowledge of micros POS system would be beneficial
Outgoing personality with great communication skills
Great work ethic with flexibility and willingness to multi task
