Yojee Marketing division is the frontline for informing the market on why we exist, how we help our clients and what technology we use to help them achieve their logistics goals. We craft the message and build the content that ensures a uniform message always is delivered.

About the role

The VP Product Marketing will help drive commercial results and deliver clear messaging and positioning for the Yojee platform, both in terms of product features and functionality as well as partner and ecosystem offerings. 

Working collaboratively with the sales and marketing team, and across the wider business, utilise commercial acumen and extensive experience understanding SaaS products and logistics customers, to uplift internal capability to best represent the Yojee product.

Empower our sales channels to be successful by using data-driven insights, developing a strong understanding of our product and leveraging a deep understanding of our buyers including what problems they are trying to solve and how they make their buying decisions.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work with Product, Customer Success, Sales and the relevant Executive team members to create a practical product marketing plan.
  • Ensure all product positioning and messaging resonates with our target buyer personas, clearly addresses problems to solve and articulates Yojee’s point of difference.
  • Use data and industry insights to deepen competitor and customer knowledge to inform decision making in commercialisation and positioning.
  • Define our product value proposition to best highlight key features that appeal to customers and work closely with our sales and customer success teams on marketing campaigns that develop consistency, continuity, and uniformity to the way we represent and highlight these features.
  • Plan and coordinate product launches. Grow awareness and engagement across multiple channels.
  • Develop the associated collateral for internal and external use, including sales training, website content, social media, presentations, and FAQs.
  • Creatively drive the funnel. Thoughtfully identify ways to keep demand metrics growing -- from awareness to expansion.
  • Assess the effectiveness of the marketing programs on an ongoing basis, and influence required changes.
  • May be required to perform other related duties as required.


  • Strong experience in a similar role as a Product Marketing Manager within a SaaS business.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the logistics industry, its challenges and opportunities.
  • Experience in developing, deploying, and measuring product marketing campaigns.
  • Demonstrated experience launching product features, successfully increasing awareness in new markets and existing markets.
  • Familiar with demand generation marketing tactics.
  • Outstanding visual and written communications skills.
  • Demonstrated customer centricity in the work you have done.
  • Experience managing social media accounts, website vendors, content, optimisation and metrics tracking. 
  • A highly collaborative style and ability to influence people and "sell" ideas.
  • Analytical and data oriented; ROI focused approach to growth, customer acquisition and marketing.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, comfortable doing hands-on execution as well as big picture strategy and forward planning on any given day.
  • A relevant University degree, such as a Bachelor of Marketing, Advertising, or other relevant degree.
