Role: Solution Architect - ABB Ellipse Asset and Work Management, Finance, Payroll, etc. (ERP Functions)

Location: Perth

Must Have:

• 10 plus years of Professional or IT experience working with Ellipse products in areas of WAM (other ERP functions)
• Workforce management or field service management solutions like ABB Ellipse, Ventyx Service Suite, Click Software, Salesforce FSL etc.
• Good understanding of workforce management operations.
• Detailed understanding of Ellipse WFM (SaaS) architecture and its components.
• Should have worked with all modules of Ellipse WFM like Schedule/Dispatch, System Administration, Inspection form creation and configuration, field mobility application
• Technical design of WFM user stories and the integration of WFM with EAM, CIS, GIS and other systems
• Design and Build inspection forms and order completion forms
• Works closely with the Business team to understand work order schedule/dispatch and field execution especially asset inspection
• Excellent business writing and communication skills, including the ability to develop and deliver clear documents and concise presentations.
• Ability to set and meet self-imposed deadlines and conclude assignments with minimal external prompting.
• Must be able to work effectively in a highly dynamic team environment and assist all groups as needed
• Proficiency in standard office software applications including MS Word

Responsibilities:

1 Conducting workshop and deriving right solution design for the business requirements

2 Understand customer ecosystem and design solution in line with the exiting landscape

3 Design functional and integration test plans/scripts and perform unit testing activities.

4 Implement best practices and standards in designing Ellipse solutions

5 Infrastructure sizing, capacity planning and assist to setup the environment

6 Prepare and present solution design documents

7 Assist team to build the solution

8 Technical reviews, testing and quality assurance
