We are seeking a Full Time Receptionist/Bookings Coordinator to join our team onsite at one of the largest banking and financial services in the world, located in Sydney CBD. Based at the Concierge Desk you will be the first point of contact for visitors, be expected to be well presented and groomed and greet and assist as required all with a smile!
This role is Monday to Friday. Valid RSA is required.
Your day might look like this:
- Provide a warm, professional, friendly and welcoming style of service to customers and clients at all times
- Ensure emails, intranet and phone enquiries via switchboard are managed in a timely manner
- Book meeting rooms and in-room catering whilst providing accurate and relevant information
- Register in-coming and out-going correspondence
- Ensure emails, intranet and phone enquiries are managed in a timely manner
The Person
- A professional and approachable manner, be confident in dealing with senior executives and have excellent interpersonal skills
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar corporate reception capacity or experience gained in a front office environment within a five star hotel will be highly regarded
- Outstanding experience using Microsoft Office - Word, Outlook, Excel.
- Impeccable personal presentation
- Ability to work well in a team based environment, sharing the load with the client floor team and to be flexible with their availability
In line with the required legislation, a valid and current national criminal record check will be required as part of the standard recruitment and selection process for this position.
