Responsibilities include:

  • Answering questions relating to the inspection reports and quotes
  • Handling customer complaints
  • General administrative duties
  • Making outbound and inbound calls
  • Scheduling
To Be Successful, You Will Have
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • If you have worked within the building / restoration trade will be highly regarded.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work both autonomously and as a part of a team.
  • Computer skills including but not limited to MS Office Outlook and Google calendar.
