Signature Care is looking for an enthusiastic part-time Gardener for our brand new residence in Narangba. This newly created position presents an exciting opportunity to shape the service delivery of Signature Care into the future during a period of significant change in the aged care sector.

We are looking for an experienced Gardener/Handy Man to maintain the new, beautifully landscaped gardens surrounding our new residence. The role is for approximately three days per week but can be flexible, especially if you are a local!

To be successful in this position you will be able to demonstrate the following:

• Experience with gardening and light landscaping.
• Experience and competency with all relevant gardening tools and machinery
• High level of attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and respect for residents and colleagues
• Previous experience working autonomously with limited direction
• Be passionate about plants
• Have an eye for detail
• Handy man skills would be very desirable
• Reliable and strong work ethic
• Drivers licence an advantage.
  
  

• A current police check (within 12 months of the commencement date and it must be Aged Care/Vulnerable people specific)
