Our privately owned, self-licensed wealth management business specialises in the provision of holistic financial advice. Our clients are inner-city executives and high net worth individuals requiring strategic financial advice and pro-active ongoing service.

This role is an outstanding opportunity to join our firm as an Associate Adviser and progress to a licensed Private Client Adviser within 12-24 months. Candidates who have completed or are looking to complete their Professional Year are ideally suited to this role.

The successful candidate will work closely with one of the experienced VISIS Partners and will be part of a dedicated team advising and servicing 100 client groups.

Some of the core responsibilities of this Associate Adviser role are:

  • 2nd chair in initial and existing client meetings;
  • Analyse client's financial position, design and develop financial strategies;
  • Oversee and manage the financial plan preparation process;
  • Manage client relationships;
  • Identify, record, manage, supervise and ensure completion of client related jobs & tasks;
  • Monitor, analyse, and review investment performance;
  • Manage & assist in the preparation and presentation of periodic client reviews including documented revised forecasts to ensure accuracy and effectiveness of financial plan; and
  • Maintain contact with client and periodically revise existing plan against stated goals.

 The key skills and requirements for this role are:

  • Completion of FASEA Approved Degree
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Associate Adviser or similar role
  • Significant 2nd chair meeting experience
  • Sound strategy knowledge
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of XPLAN software 
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
