Your role in our business

Specific outcomes include:

  • Implement our “enterprise wide” key accounts strategy ensuring sustainable, long term profitable business partnerships;
  • Successfully develop a sales pipeline that meets quarterly and annual sales targets;
  • Successfully develop a solutions led key account plan for corporate accounts ( professional service firms ( legal & accounting) & corporate tax teams & publicly listed companies;
  • Ensure member firms and key corporate accounts have had contracts administered and re - negotiated annually;
  • Ensure delivery of annual sales targets across delivery of education within member firms and corporate accounts;
  • Ensure systems and processes are developed to smoothly handle the administration around member firms and key corporate accounts. (Microsoft excel skills essential)

What we need from you

  • Formal qualification(legal/accounting/business) and at least 3-5 years experience in key account management;
  • Demonstrated experience of developing business and managing existing key corporate accounts - you will plan visits nationally, attend meetings with key contacts and nurture business ongoing to ensure you meet commercial targets;;
  • Industry knowledge of accounting firms/legal firms/online publishing/education & membership organisations is essential;
  • Contract negotiations skills - you are able to build proposals, negotiate terms and conditions in a collaborative manner at all times;
  • An ability to define a new business opportunity and ensure you engage key internal stakeholders & bring life to new products and services;
  • Demonstrated ability to network & engage with a range of stakeholders from partners, business executives, managers, key influencers & gatekeepers who can strategically move your ideas forward;
  • You are strong on enhancing systems & processes to manage key accounts and you are a genius at Microsoft Excel.
  • Your commercial acumen is developed and you are able to develop financial packages that drive business growth.
