The Role:

We are seeking a growth oriented, all-rounder to help design, develop and drive the full gamut of marketing initiatives.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this is an exciting opportunity for a high energy, outcome driven gun to use their finely tuned B2B marketing skills to execute campaigns, own lead generation and social, manage the website and work with the sales team to drive customer acquisition.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage our marketing support vendors, agency and freelancers to ensure they are aligned with marketing campaigns and objectives
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and lead generation
  • Maintain the company website (in WordPress) and ensure it aligns with our brand
  • Maintain social media channels, including content creation and curation. Utilise our CRM's (HubSpot) social media tools for execution
  • Develop and execute an events strategy including organising and coordinating event attendance
  • Ensure all marketing, content and design reflect the Vivi brand
  • Work closely with the sales team on the content and design of sales collateral and presentations
  • Champion marketing technology to the sales team, ensuring they know how to leverage it across the sales funnel

Things that will set you up for success in this role: 

  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing (or similar)
  • At least 5 years B2B marketing experience (bonus points if it's within a SaaS business or start up)
  • Someone who lives and breathes digital marketing
  • Demonstrated ability to create and manage lead generation campaigns
  • Demonstrated ability managing competing priorities, projects and campaigns
  • Global experience an advantage, but not mandatory
  • Understanding of and experience with WordPress and HubSpot
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scaling start-up environment
  • A high level of stakeholder engagement skills
  • A team player who loves to collaborate with other people and departments inside the business
