PolyNovo is an Australian based medical device company that designs, develops and manufactures dermal regeneration solutions, such as NovoSorb® BTM, using its patented NovoSorb biodegradable polymer technology.
With US FDA, European CE Mark and other registrations, our resorbable polymer implantable devices are saving lives and enhancing clinical outcomes for patients around the world.
To drive portfolio expansion, PolyNovo is seeking an accomplished Product Manager to manage the product lifecycle, including identifying opportunities, clarifying market potential, and developing product specifications, branding, packaging, product positioning/ messaging and go to market strategies.
Reporting to PolyNovo’s Marketing Manager, the role will play a critical role collaborating across all departments to drive the successful development and launch of new products.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and conduct research to obtain customer requirements and prepare product specifications and market requirements
• Develop strong relationships with clinical key opinion leaders (KOLs); managing advisory panels to better understand clinical needs; collaborating on studies, publications and presentations.
• Assess market competition and positioning; develop strategies to compete effectively
• Develop market expansion and launch strategies; manage implementation of regional plans
• Product brand development, including packaging, positioning, messaging and campaigns
• As product expert, develop sales tools, clinical support and training materials
• Develop short and long-term product demand forecasts
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
• Degree in Science, Healthcare or Marketing
• At least three years’ experience in medical device product management
• Well-developed analytical skills, including the ability to analyse complex multifactorial data
• Demonstrated ability to produce high quality, timely work outputs while maintaining high professional standards
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in small teams; strong personal initiative and ability to problem-solve
• Strong interpersonal skills; skilled in developing effective working relationships with co-workers, clinicians, and other stakeholders
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills, including high level negotiation and influencing skills
• Ability to link long-range visions and strategies to short-term activity
• Ability to travel if required
