An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic Grade 3 and/or Grade 4 Instrument Technician to join the CSSD team at Northern Health.

The Role

This role requires experienced Grade 3 and/or Grade 4 Instrument Technician who has work in an equivalent major facility with extensive knowledge of instruments and consumables.

In the first instance this role is a casual/bank position at 8-16 hours per fortnight.

About You

  • Experience and good working knowledge of AS/NZS 4187
  • Proven ability to work in all areas of the Sterilisation department
  • Excellent knowledge of the principles and practice of infection prevention
