About the Role:

An exciting opportunity exists for a Project Administrator with experience in administration and coordination. Working closely with the Program Manager and other Project Team members, you will provide support on a range of projects which focus on the ongoing development of CFA's contemporary learning and development programs.

Reporting to the Program Manager Learning & Development you will coordinate all project related administration activities. Key responsibilities include word processing, L&D database support, desktop publishing and preparing training material. You will be involved in the full cycle of administrative support required within a dynamic Learning and Development function including venue coordination, minute taking, briefing notes and research/information gathering. Important to this role is your ability to develop a network with internal and external clients, with a strong customer service focus and timely follow up of matters.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have experience in an administration support role, ideally working in a project-based environment. You will demonstrate expertise drafting standard documents, correspondence and reports to a professional standard. Additionally, you will have experience producing work with strong attention to detail, thoroughness and accuracy, and will be able to work proactively within a team, with minimal supervision and direction.

You will also bring excellent computer literacy skills (including MS Office, databases and experience using a Learning Management System will be advantageous), and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build good working relationships with key stakeholders.
