Role: Reporting Manager (Role until - 30 June 2021)

Position Summary: 

The Reporting Manager is responsible for supporting the COVID 19 Public Health Call Center Operations Team. They will generate insightful analysis and reporting across our COVID contact centers both internal and external.

As a key member of the Call Center Operations Team you will work with your peers to ensure that the department has full visibility of all KPIs and the financial.

Responsibilities:

  • Assume complete responsibility for all contact centre reporting
  • Build and maintain excellent working relationships with internal stakeholders, external providers, and staff members
  • Prepare and provide input into budget development and reporting
  • Monitor and report on agreed KPIs, highlighting issues and concerns based on analytical evaluation
  • Ad-hoc data and reporting request
  • Update and send reports related to the performance of each site on contact centre workforce management metric
  • Monitoring Service Levels and Call Center metrics to ensure necessary steps are taken to achieve KPIs
  • On the day management of staffing including requests for overtime, leave, off phone activities to ensure optimal performance to forecast
