Michael Conley Lawyers is a Boutique Sydney based Family Law Firm located in Martin Place.

The firm consists of six lawyers and support staff dedicated to achieving the best possible outcome for their client’s, where possible through negotiation and mediation.

Michael Conley Lawyers is seeking to employ a Junior Lawyer - Graduate with less than 1 or 2 years post PAE experience for a full time role. 

The successful new team member will provide to our clients, representation and advice at all stages of the family law process including negotiations, mediation and representation in court.

Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate will:

· Experience in family law and be willing to continue to further their knowledge and experience in family law

· Experience in drafting and filing applications in the Family Court and Federal Circuit Court

· Have strong technical skills

· Have the ability to work as part of a collaborative team environment 

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a high level of client service

· Have the ability to work under pressure

· Ideally have 2+ years’ experience working as a paralegal also in family law so that you can mentor current paralegals
