An exciting opportunity currently exists for an enthusiastic and highly experienced Psychologist Grade 3 to join our Psychological Trauma Recover Service.

The Psychological Trauma Recovery Service comprises both inpatient, outpatient, and group treatment programs for specific client cohorts, including veterans, current serving members of the Australian Defence Forces, emergency services personnel, and survivors of serious workplace and/or motor vehicle accidents.

The successful applicant will be a senior psychologist with experience working with trauma in a clinical setting and the provision of individual and group supervision. This position will provide clinical supervision and secondary consultation services to mental health services working with people impacted by the 2019/2020 Victorian Bushfires.

To be successful in this role you must possess a relevant psychology qualification with appropriate endorsement through the AHPRA; have endorsement as a clinical supervisor; have well developed interpersonal skills; and a proven ability to relate to people at all levels internal and external to Austin Health.
