Job Description

Do you offer 3 - 5 years in an APAC B2B Marketing role, ideally in a global matrix organisation, marketing software or digital products?. Do you have strong product marketing skills and broad marketing skills including demand generation? Are you keen to lead and manage execution of marketing strategy in our fast growing risk product area across the APAC region?

Join the Thomson Reuters Asia & Emerging Markets Marketing team and be responsible for driving the regional proposition strategy for our Risk and Compliance portfolio. As a subject matter expert, you will closely align with regional proposition leads and regional marketing specialists to deliver best in class competitive messaging.

Partnering with global marketing contacts you will work to deliver global GTM launches and compelling regional campaigns, determining fit and relevance for the AEM market. As an agile member of the marketing team, you will collaborate to drive regional demand generation, build the brand and ensuring competitively led message consistency for the AEM product portfolio across all stages of the buyer journey.

About The Role

In this new opportunity as Marketing Specialist Asia & Emerging Markets, you will:

  • Own and manage the AEM portfolio marketing strategy, developing and communicating the key value proposition and messaging.
  • Work with internal local and global proposition and marketing stakeholders to understand the market and drive insight against key themes and campaign pillars.
  • As a subject matter expert, you will develop a product playbook with compelling competitively led messaging and campaign tool kits for regional marketing execution.
  • Your ability to understand the competitive landscape and feed this into customer value proposition messaging will be crucial to campaign success.
  • Understand your audience to deliver highly targeted, personalized campaigns that produce exceptional results in lead generation, sales enablement, and customer lifecycle marketing.
  • Working closely with regional marketing specialists, you understand campaign demand generation effectiveness against AEM MAS targets for your product portfolio.
  • Work with the AEM partnership lead to understand opportunities and key alignment to propel your product portfolio.
  • Embrace agile marketing practices to effectively communicate and collaborate with key business stakeholders.
  • Be an advocate for the Thomson Reuters brand and voice of the customer in everything you do.

About You

You’re a fit for the role if you have:
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing, communications, business or equivalent
  • 3 - 5 years or working in a similar capacity of leading and executing marketing strategy, preferably for an MNC
  • Ability to analyze market opportunities and business drivers to optimize strategy and campaign execution
  • Best in class marketing skillset
  • Strong communicator and presenter, strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build and develop strong long standing internal and external relationships and be able to ‘manage up’
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, work independently, and complete tasks under time pressure
  • Ability to actively listen, negotiate and consult with stakeholders
  • Excellent independent project management and self-starter skills and experience working in cross-functional team matrixed organization
