About the role

The Senior Financial Accountant is responsible for contributing to the preparation of the Audited Financial Statements and is the senior control point for CSV's Asset Register, and maintaining CSV's Asset Systems providing substantial input into key finance policy and stakeholder relationship management about Asset Accounting.

 About you

  • Excellent understanding and knowledge of relevant financial systems
  • Good understanding of Australian Accounting Standards, legislative framework, general accounting controls and compliance requirements
  • Demonstrated expertise in tax compliance
  • Excellent financial analysis skills, including reconciliation of large and complex financial data sets and systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in the preparation of annual financial statements
