STATUS: Part Time, Ongoing

HOURS: 56.0 hours per fortnight

DEPARTMENT: People and Culture

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced administration professional who has a genuine interest in learning and development to join our People and Culture team.

The Position:

In this diverse role you will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve departmental and organisational goals. Key responsibilities of your role include:

  • Playing a key role in managing traineeship programs, work experience and student placements
  • Actively promoting BRHS employment opportunities to local students and other stakeholders
  • Organising corporate training programs to address identified organisational skill requirements
  • Coordinating the BRHS Scholarship Program
  • Seeking funding opportunities that support employee training and professional development needs

The Team:

Our People and Culture team provides a range of services in the Human Resources field to our Executive, Managers, Staff, Volunteers, Trainees and Students. We are a professional, dedicated and happy team, united by our team approach to provide an excellent service that meets the needs of our customers.

Key criteria you need:

  • Minimum two years' administration experience and a qualification in Business and/or Human Resources
  • Proven excellent organisational skills and the ability to effectively handle multiple competing priorities with a high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills with the proven capacity to develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven capacity to develop, coordinate and deliver corporate training programs in line with BRHS strategic direction, identified skill deficits or in readiness of future service requirements.
  • Proven ability to work independently, yet have the capability to work collaboratively and cooperatively in a team environment.
