About the Role

The Y WA is currently recruiting for a fixed term part time Administration Assistant to join our team at the Child and Parent Centre located in South Hedland. This 20 hours per week role provides professional administrative support and always delivers high customer services.


Respond to customer needs to ensure the quality of service meets agreed standards.
Assist with set up and pack down of child parent Centre programs-when required
Provide sound administrative support to all Centre staff
Be first point of contact for all enquiries
Assist with data entry and collation
Archiving duties

Skills and Experience

Ability to work independently and show initiative
Relevant experience in a similar environment
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
National Police clearance
Well-developed time management and organisational skills


Work with a dynamic team
