Our amazing team at Mazda in Southport are now looking for a Trainee Sales Consultant to come onboard! You will be working alongside the Sales Manager and a fantastic team of Sales Consultants.

What we are looking for:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in customer service
• Ability to set personal goals and targets
• Intermediate level in Microsoft Office applications
• Be able to work under pressure and to a deadline
• A passion for good customer service
• Be willing to work hard and have fun
• Drivers licence is essential 

What the role entails:  

• Training to help you be the best you can be!
• Handling enquiries and prospecting for new customers
• Ensuring a follow-up system is in place that encourages repeat business and generates leads
• Maximising every sales opportunity and helping achieve our volume and profit objectives
• Maintaining a thorough knowledge of all current product benefits and features including: models; series
