Tavistock Nursery is a leading wholesale production nursery specializing in perennials, herbs and succulents. We are located less than ten minutes from Mornington on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula and we are looking for an order picker to join our team. 

We are looking for someone who loves being outdoors, enjoys working in a fast paced team environment. Attention to detail is all important along with a can do attitude and a love for horticulture.

We offer the following:

. Casual ongoing employment 4 days a week with the potential for full-time after 6 months.

The successful candidates will ideally have the following attributes:

• Must be fit and healthy as the job is physically demanding.
• Ability to work well in a team as well as autonomously.
• Able to follow processes and directions to carry out desired tasks
• Must have own transport as there is no public transport available.
• Be available Monday to Friday.
• Experience in the nursery industry is looked on favorably but we are willing to train someone who is passionate.
