JOB DESCRIPTION

The purpose of the Planning Analyst is to provide high quality strategic planning support to stakeholders across Consumer Lending network to deliver high quality workforce planning guidance and advice to maximise the overall performance of the contact centre business.

The Planning Analyst fulfils a key relationship interface with various Leadership Teams and facilitates modelling advice & guidance on how best to utilise resources to meet and respond to business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and lead opportunities to improve systems, processes and communications and work with peers to implement solutions that enhance the experience for people and customers
  • Provide high quality operational and strategic support to the Leadership teams through provision of accurate long and short term forecasts, attrition & staffing analysis & recommendations, and scenario modelling
  • Promote consistency of process and planning offering through development and continuous improvement of standardised and efficient processes and templates
  • Undertake productivity and project implication analysis and scenario modelling at brand, function and national levels
  • Deliver high quality Workforce Management tools and templates to drive consistency
  • Draw conclusions from data analysis; present insights from figures
Skills & Experience
  • Minimum five years' experience in workforce management and operations
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse data and formulate action plans
  • Ability to use various tools to make decisions around inputs/outputs
  • Strong experience in working with large and complex datasets
  • Proven ability to manage change across complex businesses and processes
  • Strong knowledge of management and business reporting and systems
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
