    AusHealth specialises in cost-effective workplace health and safety services including:
    • Drug and Alcohol Policy, Programs and Testing
    • Drug and Alcohol Testing Products
    • Education and Training
    • On-site Employee Vaccinations

    • Fatigue Management

    • Respiratory Mask Fit Testing

    Reporting directly to the National Sales Manager in our Adelaide head-office, you will be empowered, held to account and charged with building relationships to grow profit through sales and revenue growth.

    Based in Queensland (ideally Brisbane or Central Queensland), you will be responsible for achieving Sales Targets within the assigned geographic area of Queensland. 

    Your Sales Targets will be achieved by:

    1. Retaining existing customers

    2. Growing existing customer revenues

    3. Gaining new customers

    The overall aim is to sustainably increase profitability through revenue growth, in line with objectives as defined by AusHealth. Achieving this means we help to keep more people safe whilst they're at work.

    The role will interact with a range of internal and external stakeholders and meet Key Performance Indicators.

    You will be at the forefront of strategy development and execution, including the provision of territory analysis and appropriate reporting via the AusHealth CRM system.

    You will work closely with your sales colleagues and will contribute as required to the tender process.


    You will possess the following to be successful in this role:
    • Experienced and successful Salesperson, ideally from the healthcare industry

    • Possess a minimum of 5-years’ experience in B2B sales

    • Demonstrated aptitude for problem solving and tailoring solutions

    • Demonstrated record and history in sales generation and growth

    • Strong interpersonal skills and an efficient team player

    • Strong business development skills

    • Excellence in developing meaningful and sustainable business relationships with existing and prospective customers, as well as all other key stakeholders

    • Have a consultative style of selling, and understand long cycle solution selling

    • Have exceptional communication, presentation and negotiation skills

    • Computer literate in Microsoft Office (intermediate level)

    • Resilience and a self-driven personality

    • Ability to clearly communicate technical information

    • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

    Employment Conditions
    • Appointment will be subject to a satisfactory National Police Check
    • Must hold current driver’s licence, have access to a comprehensively insured and road worthy vehicle and possess a willingness to undertake intrastate/interstate travel as required

    Remuneration will be commensurate to knowledge and experience and will include base salary, superannuation, car allowance and a generous incentive scheme.
