Conveyancing Paralegal

• Progressive law firm - Mt Gravatt location
• You will be running residential conveyancing files and using LEAP and PEXA
• Excellent systems and support
• Residential Conveyancing experience is essential

The Role

Well established law firm based at Mt Gravatt are seeking the expertise of a Conveyancing Paralegal to run residential conveyancing files from start to finish. Duties include typing initial letters, transfer documents, on line searches, doing settlement figures using Leap, PEXA settlements and general file management duties. This position is full time based at Mt Gravatt.

You

You will have a minimum of 2 years Qld Conveyancing Paralegal experience. You will also have excellent time management skills and client service skills.

The Law Firm / Salary

Well established law firm based at Mt Gravatt. Salary negotiable dependent upon experience (between $50,000 - $65,000 + Super).
