We are looking for an energetic, motivated Office Coordinator and Senior Legal Assistant who will provide legal support to the Office Leader along with supervisory responsibilities for a busy legal support team.

You will ideally will be a natural and driven leader and be able to meet the following criteria:

  • Understanding of the QLD Workers' Compensation, Public Liability and CTP claims process
  • At least 2 years administration experience in Personal Injuries
  • Experience developing, mentoring and training legal support employees
  • Proven leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with experience providing high level client service
  • Demonstrated proactive approach to file management
  • Experience working in a high volume work environment
Your responsibilities will include providing legal assistance to the Office Leader with all personal injury and serious injury files, supervising a team of 3 legal support team members and helping to support the day to day management of the office. You will need to have exceptional communication and leadership skills whilst showing resilience and empathy to our clients.
