JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a talented and ambitious individual customer care specialist to assist us with a high volume, inbound customer service team based in Tuggerah.

In order to continue to deliver exceptional customer service, as Australia’s most recommended bank, we have multiple Customer Care Specialist vacancies available for a 24th of May start date.

These positions are full time and you will be required to work on a 7 day rotating roster, we have two different shift bandings available. You can either join our mid shift band with your core hours being from 8:00 am – 8:00pm or our late shift band from 12:00pm – 12:00am.

What will you be doing as a Customer Care Specialist?

As an online digital bank, you will be the first voice for our customers

Understand and meet our customers’ needs

Provide information about our simple and straightforward range of products and services

Identify opportunities to talk to customers about additional products that may benefit them

What are we looking for?

Minimum 6 months of experience in call centre or a high volume, fast paced environment

Provide first call resolution to a range of enquiries from customer related banking products and services.

Previous banking experience is highly desirable

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to offer a positive experience to every customer

Experience working to a rotating roster in a scheduled environment

The ability to be resilient through proven experience

Intermediate skills to learn new technology and navigate computer systems efficiently and accurately
