In our Consumer & Small Business (C&SB) team, we meet the needs of all consumers and small businesses and grow value by delivering digitally led propositions and outstanding customer journeys, leveraging our insight into customer needs and our superior sales and service capabilities.

The role with us

As a Marketing Analyst, your role is pivotal to defining and developing and support Telstra’s Marketing Automation strategy and implementation, as well as customer value propositions, campaign developments and executions. You leverage your SQL experience with Sales Force Marketing cloud experience to enable better data driven decision making across marketing.

What you'll work on

You play a key role in the build, QA, and deployment of communications and campaign execution that is enabled by data driven decision-making. You are a recognised and trusted advisor to marketing, product etc using strong and structured communication skills and data-driven decision making.

Key responsibilities

Delivers data for customer Communications from processes and systems that are easy to maintain and re-use, within fastest possible delivery times within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Interpret data/outcomes into clear marketing/business opportunities. Initiate recommendations into the formulation of marketing plans, tactical campaigns and initiatives

Manage stakeholder relationships and provide subject matter expertise on campaign delivery

Understand systems capability to provide consultancy in influencing the business towards campaigns that leverage existing systems capability.

Keep informed of new functionality delivered and understand impact/opportunities to future programs.

Continually strive to improve delivery processes, cycle time and quality of deliverables and reduce cost.

Ensure Quality Assurance processes are followed for all developments.

Identify opportunities for incremental improvements and solutions to existing processes and systems.

Participate and embrace the ways of working mindsets and practices for the team to support measurable improvements to effectiveness and productivity
