We are looking for a talented and hungry performance marketing manager to lead our digital marketing strategy and execution across the globe (AU, US, UK and more to come). Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, this person will be our resident expert on digital paid media, campaign optimization and reporting (social, search, programmatic).

To be truly successful in this role you will need to have a solid understanding of digital marketing, tracking and the funnel with associated tools. Have a get stuff done attitude and bias towards action, with a strong desire to win in the market.


  • Creation, deployment and optimisation of paid search, social, programmatic, display and video marketing to achieve our business objectives.
  • Project manage new digital channel tests and experiments.
  • Daily/weekly paid media reporting & optimization across multiple regions.
  • Budget management inline with KPIs, forecasts and business objectives
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure a strategic full-funnel approach to digital marketing
  • Direct management of our paid social campaigns via social ad platforms.
  • Work with agency partners on deployment and management of SEM, Display, Youtube.
  • Oversee end-to-end asset development to activate against activity including writing copy and briefing creatives
  • 3-4+ years of performance marketing experience, either in-house or within an agency.
  • Experience directly managing paid social campaigns in Facebook Ads Manager & ideally experience directly managing paid search campaigns.
  • Experience using analytics tools (GA, Amplitude) to drive optimization of paid campaigns
  • Experience running A/B tests
  • Understanding of the relationship between SEM & SEO and how to use both to reach more customers
  • Ideally experience working across both B2C and B2B
  • Agency experience is a plus!
  • Experience at a start-up or product in a high-growth phase is a plus!
