You will be working for a leading Utility services company. The Change Analyst will work within the PMO and manage the people, process, and technology changes for multiple workstreams of as business critical program of work, as well as rigorous stakeholder engagement.

This role supports the achievement of the project objectives, deliverables and benefits realisation through the development and delivery of change management strategies, advice, coaching and support for the core project team, and key internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Developing new, and executing existing, change management plans for program change initiatives;
  • Stakeholder engagement across all levels of the business;
  • Evaluating the people, process, and technology impacts of planned changes within the scope of the program;
  • Identifying and managing anticipated resistance to change;
  • Identifying risks and issues, and developing risk and issues management interventions;
  • Leading change management activities according to the ADKAR methodology and other global good practice principles;
Required Qualifications and Experience:
  • Previous experience as a Change Analyst/ Change Manager
  • Extensive experience managing change initiatives in flexible timeframes as dictated by the needs of the business
  • A thorough understanding of change management principles, techniques and tools with an emphasis on the ADKAR methodology currently in use by the program
  • Has successfully implemented strategic change initiatives and significantly contributed to change acceptance and adoption and worked in a highly flexible Project Management environment
  • Will be an effective facilitator and stakeholder influencer in order to build and sustain strong relationships with stakeholders and team members
