We have an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Dynamics 365 Functional Analyst to join our Federal Government client! Our client is after a strong candidate to join their team and provide their unique skills and experience to our clients organisation. You will have the opportunity to work on a range of digital projects in order to enhance the internal and external client experience, and engage with a variety of stakeholders to ensure the delivery of requirements are met to high standards.

You will have an opportunity to make a strong difference throughout this 9 month contract with additional extensions and we are willing to consider Australian Citizens with a Baseline Clearance for this role.

Skills / Experience:

• Ability to work with Business Analysts in various workshops and provide inputs to stakeholders on Dynamics 365 Out of the Box capabilities.
• Demonstrable sound knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules - Sales, Customer Services and Project Service Automation
• Good Knowledge on Power Automate and Dynamics 365 configuration
• Creating and reviewing the functional requirements
• Experience in working in an agile Multi-disciplinary Team
• Working knowledge of the Digital Service Standard, Service design and delivery process, Agile and Scrum
