Directly reporting to the Wireless Superintendent, we are seeking a Supervisor to be responsible for all stakeholder management and direct site relationships required within the Wireless 5G project. This position will require travel to regional Queensland and the Northern Territory. Occasional overnight and weekly stays will be required.

As a Supervisor you will be responsible for the operational supervision of our construction partners, site works and acting as the public interface for the project. You will ensure that targets for productivity and construction compliance are met in accordance with health, safety, training and quality requirements. This is a full time permanent position based out of our Milton, QLD office.

ABOUT YOU

• Experienced in supervision of EWP, travel towers and cranes
• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Health and Safety related to Civil Construction and rigging works
• Management of construction partners, site works activities and delivery
• Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Project Management preferred
• Previous experience in working within the telecommunications industry
• Previous Wireless experience is essential
• Understand of Telstra Wireless Installation Standard and Practices.
