Job description:

The Customer Processing Services division is responsible for building and maintaining the systems and applications that allow our frontline staff to undertake customer processing work integral to the delivery of our payments and services.

The Change & Release Manager is responsible for defining and conducting the release management process. The role coordinates the countdown to physical release-to-production for all changes ensuring all testing, documentation, cutover planning, approvals and other release requirements are met.

The Change & Release Manager exercises a considerable degree of independence, with decision-making substantially dependent on their high-level judgement and consideration of wider agency implications, with work being performed under the general guidance of senior staff.

In performing a leadership role, the Release Manager drives innovation, changes in workplace practices and organises work in the context of competing priorities and strategic direction.
