The details:

The objective of the Infrastructure Maintenance Program (IM Program) is to deliver the essential ICT infrastructure that underpins the demands of our evolving digital healthcare environment. The incumbent will lead the business case refresh ($90 million) and delivery of a major infrastructure program ($50 million) across multiple sites.

Contract until 28th October 2021 (with possible extension) based in the Valley.

You will be assessed on your ability to demonstrate the following key requirements, knowledge and experience. Within the context of the key responsibilities described above under ‘”About the Role’, the ideal applicant will be someone who can demonstrate the following:

  • Significant experience and high level skills in stakeholder engagement, problem solving, change management, reporting, program management, assurance, etc;
  • Experience in engaging Treasury and other Qld government agencies and with developing /refreshing business case for funding approvals;
  • Leading a program team of about 15 to 20 staff;
  • Experience in leading ICT infrastructure projects/programs (preferably within health setting);
  • Qualified and experienced in project and program management methodologies; and
  • Follow the P3M3 maturity framework and project and program management framework under the guidance of Digital Solutions Delivery branch centralised program/portfolio delivery office.
